For more than 35 years, Palm Harbor Homes has been setting the standard in innovative manufactured homes and modular homes, delivering quality, value, peace of mind and lasting customer satisfaction in beautiful and affordable homes. Because these homes are built in environmentally-protected building centers with constant quality checks and then transported to the final home site, rain and other weather delays do not impact the build schedule. This inherently green construction method and the other green features built into the home are expected to give the home both an ENERGY STAR® qualification and the National Association of Home Builders® Green Certification. This means that this home will have lower utility costs when compared to a typical home built to accepted state and local building standards. Palm Harbor has earned a national reputation as an innovator in design, construction and marketing. Its parent company, Cavco Industries Inc., has been named six years in a row as the "Manufacturer of the Year" by the Manufactured Housing Institute. The company also is listed as number 13 on Forbes® Magazine's list of "America's Best Small Companies 2014."
